Situation: A gangs of people playing card game (poker or any)
Preparation: take out 4 "ten" and put 1 on the top and other 3 at the bottom of the deck.

1)After they've finnished playing one round of poker,approach them and ask "did u guys ever tried how to take 10cards from the top of the deck,exactly 10cards without looking and ponder or counting?" tell them only very skillful people may able to do it.
(as you said so,your hand should start setting up the deck)

2)Tell them you're teaching them how to play this. (Everyone minds will think that this is a game,no one knows you're going to do a magic.) 1st ask the 1st spectator to take 10cards from the top of the deck without looking or predicting. After that take one pile from above,say "i don't think you're a skillful person,count it." (everyone will looking at him and counting the cards.) NOW, this is the time you're going to slip the bottom card to the top. (alternatively:you can card control the bottom card to the top.)

*always remember to look at him,how he counts,some people may reverse the order of that pile. Just act like you don't believe him and you re-count. Reverse them back. (keep the "10" at the top of the pile)

3)After he finnish his counting, place that pile at one side. Repeat step (2) on other spectator. place the pile next to the 1st pile until you get four pile.

4)Next, tell them that it's very hard to take exactly 10cards from the top of a deck in one shot. But IT's EASY to take each pile with a "10" on the top of each pile! Reveal all the top card from each pile.



This is a very basic and easy trick to handle. For new beginner.
