You pretend that 2 sugar cubes are talking in your ear and say they are going to have a baby.When you remove the cubes from the ear, there are 3 cubes!
Talking Sugar!
You hide a sugar cube in your right ear before the trick.
Use any kind of patter you want or the one in the effect part and bring your right hand to your ear and secretly take the cube.
Then reveal that there are 3 cubes instead of 2!
