Hello My name is Jesse Davis. I have been doing magic for half a year now and have gotten VERY good. Everybody LOVES the effects that I do and I hope I can share some of my BETTER tricks with you! EFFECT:
The magician has a spectator inspect a card. The spectator finds the card clean. the magician then slowley lets go of the card above her/his hand. It apears to float for a moment and the they grab the card away.
SECRET:
Before the trick get some double sided tape and roll it into a large ball but small enough that it doesn't stick out the back of your hand.
Show a random card to the spectator
then place it on the tape and slowly let go
After a moment quickly snatch it away and show it clean to the spectator once again

I haven't tried it yet, but I've been looking for a way to do this type thing and can't wait to :). Or maby I should just buy tim david's free floating card....

It is a good trick, but I don't think it would put people so amazed.

It may seem really easy when you read the trick but can be really good. I once showed my friend a coin trick which I taught was really easy but I fooled him 3 times. I don't think this is a trick I would like to test on my friends. Not bad though.
